Cheddar Cheese 30% Kvibille 750g

Creamy cheddar cheese with a mature and intense flavor. The fact that it is creamier than a classic cheddar is due to the fact that it is not stored with cotton cloth that draws the liquid out of the cheese. The taste is rich with a lovely balance of acidity and sweetness. The cheese goes well with cheese trays and buffets as well as in cooking and on sandwiches. Kvibille Cheddar is made artisanally at Kvibille dairy in Halland.
