The taste of Swedish summer all year round. Our gravad salmon is a perfect star on any buffet. In order for it to really taste right, it is topped with Halland midsummer dill. We chop it by hand before canning, which means that the dill smells and tastes fresh when it's time for delivery.

It simply doesn't matter what season you enjoy our gravad salmon - it always reminds of Swedish summer at its best.
