Remoulad Sauce Eriks 230ml

Danish remoulade based on a recipe by star chef Erik Lallerstedt. Good with fish dishes, as well as with the sausage tray with fries. Top with roasted onions.

Ingredients
Rapeseed oil, water/water, EGG YOLK*, cucumber, sugar, onion, carrot/carrot, turnip/turnip, vinegar/vinegar, apple juice concentrate, salt, curry and other spices (including fenugreek, fennel, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin), vinegar/vinegar, modified potato starch/cartoff starch, MUSTARD SEEDS, preservatives (E202, E211), dye (E100).*Eggs from free-range chickens.
