Wasa breadcrumbs is made from fresh, freshly baked crisp bread. It contains wheat flour, wholemeal rye flour and poppy seeds for an extra rich aroma. Our crust flour enhances the flavors in your cooking. Use it to spread the mince in steaks and buns. Our breadcrumbs give fish, vegetables and meat a beautiful golden breading. This crust flour is also suitable for baking and for brining cake tins. Crumbs of crisp bread are slightly coarser and give more character to the dish. Wasa Ströbröd made on cracker is 100% climate compensated.
