Return
We’re very sorry, but perishable food products and all food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to take a picture of the product to get a better understanding.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically get service and together with you we will find a solution to refund you with a new product.
